Sublimely absurd -- Gennifer Flowers may support Hillary

Oh yeah. You gotta love this one.

I'm sure Hillary's thrilled. ;-)

Me, I'm tickled pink.

Gennifer Flowers, the first Bill Bimbo to come along in 1992 (of course, he has a long history of Arkansas affairs -- that, many claim, were all handled and hushed up by...Hillary...) thinks (and it's hurting her head) that she might vote for Hillary.

There's an endorsement I love.

Kip,

I hope you give a little more insight as to why you feel this endorsement is "sublimely absurd". I assume your support for Rudy and right-leaning political stance make you apt to think this story is entertaining for a variety of reasons, none of which occurred to me when I read it.

When I read the story, I saw nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, the story looked pretty pointless. Flowers banged/blew Bill and I see no reason why that would even moderately effect her interest in his wife being President. That said, I see no reason why Hillary would care about Flowers voting for her. On Hillary's side, A vote is a vote and on the Flowers', banging someone's husband hardly seems like a reason to harbor any animosity toward that person or their politics.

Anyway, this just looks like more right-wing gossip which attempts to make a lame joke about something that is pretty stupid in the first place. I'm excited to see how this campaign heats up so we can hear more ridiculous babble from your camp about how Bill's a misogynist, loves blowjobs and is a partier. Bottom line is, the republican party is in trouble because of the guy you elected the last two terms and now you're looking for a way to save your hopes for the upcoming election.

Words, words, words...

Oh, there's plenty to say about this issue. :-)

First, you DO seem a little cranky. Hmm, why, when everything is going to break your way? When I'm supposedly going down on a sinking ship here with my fellow VRWC members?

Oh, it's beautiful, don't you see? I support Rudy, and he damn well should be the nominee. The easiest thing to attack Rudy on would be...character. But with Hillary in the race, she can't touch the character issue.

Bill's follies and Hillary's tacit agreement -- nay, her active involvement in the Bimbo Squad back in the old Arkansas days (remember back that far or am I getting old?) have completely negated character as an issue for liberals.

After that, it seems to me it comes down to terrorism. If Republicans attempt to run on any number of idiotic issues the liberals would like to see them run on -- let's pick the sham environment crap, for sake of conversation -- they will lose. If we run on terrorism, we will win. Because people simply don't trust the Democrats on that. They'll elect a Republican any day of the week on national defense.

I'm going to quite enjoy Hillary. Obama might be more fun, but alas, he's destined to lose and you know it. Obama you can attack because the man has no experience. His main message appears to be that he's "pro-hope". Hillary wins the Dem nomination, Rudy wins the Republican nomination, and then Republicans point out the millions of people waking up each day who pretty much just want to blow up America and we run with it and blam in yo' face suckah Rudy in da howwwzzzz.

Okay? Or are your panties still in a tight little bunch, there?

God, when did liberals come and infest my blog?

And I'm never at a loss for words. I just choose them more wisely than you.

I forgot to tackle:

I'm excited to see how this campaign heats up so we can hear more ridiculous babble from your camp about how Bill's a misogynist...

*thwack* Hello! McFly! A misogynist hates women. Bill Clinton loves women. He is, if anything, the furthest thing from a misogynist there is.

A misogynist is someone who hates women and considers them sub-standard to men, especially intellectually.

In other words, me. :-)

Hey, if you had a 19 year old daughter, whoever the hell you are -- maybe you do -- would you want to leave her unattended around Bill? I mean, even an ugly-ass daughter. You know, fugly-wugly. A serious scud. You know he'd still do her. ;-)

And I think Bill's usually the one who ends up charging them, somehow...

I won't dispute that Bill's a charismatic politician, though. The iceman is Hillary. I should post a link to that insane laugh she made a month or two back, it was great, real Howard-Dean-quality stuff.
